Restrict youth under a certain age from being in public places during certain hours, usually at night

Provide funds to households with low incomes to meet home energy needs, especially for households with children, older adults, or individuals with disabilities

Increase the minimum and/or maximum age boundaries for youth to be processed in the juvenile justice system

Require school officials to apply predetermined consequences for certain infractions, regardless of situational context or circumstances; consequences are usually severe (e.g., suspension or expulsion)

Implement private sector rules or public sector regulations that prohibit smoking in and around multi-unit housing

Create designated tax districts that generate revenue to invest in affordable housing initiatives, blight remediation, and economic development efforts

Require retailers to purchase licenses to sell tobacco products; retailers must follow all tobacco control laws to keep licenses
