Support use of in-vehicle devices that alert novice teen drivers when they have high g-force events (e.g., rapid acceleration, braking, or turning) and allow families to review driving performance

Establish locally mandated wages that are higher than state or federal minimum wage levels

Pair new nurses with more experienced nurses who act as a resource and provide support as the new nurse establishes her or himself professionally

Provided work supports for low income individuals and families (e.g., job search assistance, transitional jobs, subsidized child care, health insurance, etc.); participants worked at least 30 hours/week

Implement programs that continue education, mentoring, and support for novice nurses following graduation

Establish roads that avoid built-up areas such as towns, cities, or commercial/business districts

Increase compensation provided to unemployed workers looking for jobs by expanding eligibility, amount, or duration of benefits

Prohibit all drivers from texting or talking on a cell phone while driving

Implement anti-idling policies and awareness campaigns to reduce engine idling for passenger vehicles, school buses, and/or equipment and truck fleets
