Offer programs to help individuals without a high school diploma or its equivalent achieve a high school equivalency credential

Use an intensive, family- and community-based intervention that addresses individual, family and environmental risk factors that affect antisocial behaviors among serious juvenile offenders

Help men improve their parenting skills and fathering knowledge via a voluntary, comprehensive fatherhood program

Connect incarcerated fathers to their families and prepare them for release via small group education sessions that address fathering knowledge, skills, attitudes, and behaviors

Provide home visiting services to low income, first time mothers and their babies, starting during pregnancy and continuing through a child’s second birthday

Increase the minimum and/or maximum age boundaries for youth to be processed in the juvenile justice system

Provide industry-focused education and job training based on the needs of regional employers within specific sectors
