Notify partners exposed to an STI of their risk, encourage testing, and refer to services; also called contact tracing, or partner counseling and referral services

Eliminate lead-based paint and contaminated dust by removing or encapsulating lead paint, or removing lead painted fixtures and surfaces

Distribute Naloxone to trained community members and first responders to reverse opioid overdoses

Provide home visiting services to low income, first time mothers and their babies, starting during pregnancy and continuing through a child’s second birthday

Promote walking and biking to school through education, incentives, and environmental changes; often called SRTS

Establish time-limited, subsidized, paid jobs to help individuals with barriers to employment transition to unsubsidized employment

Arrange active transportation with a fixed route, designated stops, and pick up times when children can walk to school with adult chaperones
