Racial Equity Impact Assessment
A Racial Equity Impact Assessment (REIA) examines how different racial and ethnic groups will likely be affected by a proposed action or decision. REIAs are used to minimize unanticipated adverse consequences in a variety of contexts, including the analysis of proposed policies, institutional practices, programs, plans and budgetary decisions.
Health Gaps Report Discussion Guide
We introduced the Health Gaps Discussion Guide (CHR&R) in 2015 with our original state health gaps reports. The guide continues to offer important considerations and tips on how to bring together diverse stakeholders to continue a conversation on health gaps, and how to create a safe space for dialogue.
