Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Announces RWJF Culture of Health Prize Finalists
Congratulations to the 15 communities selected as finalists for the 2015 RWJF Culture of Health Prize. Announced today, the Prize honors communities that place a high priority on health and bring diverse partners to achieve local change.

This year, the Prize will honor up to 10 of these communities with a $25,000 cash prize and share their success stories broadly to inspire local change nationwide. The winners will be announced this fall.
The Prize is one pillar of the County Health Rankings & Roadmaps program. The Rankings show communities where they can improve, the Roadmaps show communities how to take action to expand opportunities for healthier choices, and the Prize honors communities that represent solutions-driven leadership at its finest.
