Join our March webinar to preview the 2025 County Health Rankings & Roadmaps Annual Data Release. We’re debuting a new model of health this year. It focuses on how power and rules—like policies, laws, budgets, culture and worldviews—shape community conditions and health. We refer to these as the structural determinants of health. People and communities can build power and change rules to organize society so that everyone benefits. We will introduce you to new tools and resources to better understand structural determinants and to build health and equity in your community, including new measures and What Works for Health evidence-informed strategies.

Note: Robert Wood Johnson Foundation is ending funding for CHR&R in 2026. We are interested in documenting how you use CHR&R in your work.
