Arrange full-time foster care by relatives or adults who are not a child’s parent but have a family relationship with the child when a child is removed from home due to a safety concern

Allow eligible patients to use marijuana for medical purposes; often called medical marijuana laws (MMLs)

Maintain the current legal age when an individual can purchase alcoholic beverages; currently 21 years in all states

Modify the built environment to affect traffic speed and patterns via speed humps, pedestrian center crossing islands, roundabouts, etc.

Require all motorcycle operators and passengers to wear a helmet; laws are established statewide and may also include mopeds and scooters
