 Jan O'Neill, Community Engagement Specialist, and Alison Bergum, Lead Researcher for What Works for Health will be presenting the What Works for Health tool. They will be joined by guest presenter Heather Cole, Health Educator with the Central Michigan District Health Dept. and Project Coordinator for the Together We Can health improvement initiative. She will share the process they used to choose evidence informed strategies using What Works for Health and other resources.
