Join us for the second in a three-part webinar series, Meeting the moment series: from data to impact. In this installment, we will explore ways to use data to advocate for change and to show how community conditions shape health. Tami Gouveia, director of the Center for Innovation in Social Work & Health at Boston University School of Social Work, will highlight the Beyond 2025 Action Hub. This resource features a policy tracking tool that monitors legislation as it moves through Congress and provides context on implications for health. Dr. Christine Muganda from County Health Rankings & Roadmaps will introduce a new interactive mapping tool that visualizes how policy decisions can interact with community conditions across the country. Mecklenburg (NC) County Commissioner George Dunlap, second vice president of the National Association of Counties, will explain how he uses data to build power and advance policies to strengthen community well-being.

This webinar is part of the Meeting the moment series exploring how power and societal rules shape community conditions that influence health. Together, we will examine the public health landscape and uncover strategies and opportunities to strengthen the public health ecosystem.

Mark your calendars: Immediately following the webinar at 3 p.m. CT/4 p.m. ET, County Health Rankings & Roadmaps will host a one-hour discussion. Join us in an engaging dialogue with peers across the country and share your experiences working toward equity.
