|Idaho Department of Health and Welfare - Idaho Immunization Program
|The Idaho Immunization Program (IIP) collects and updates immunization data from schools is reported on a yearly basis and provides school specific information on the percentage of students who are adequately immunized and the percentage of students with an immunization exemption on file.
