What Does it Take to Build a Culture of Health?

Recently Julie Willems Van Dijk, co-director of the County Health Rankings & Roadmaps, moderated a Google+ Hangout exploring how local communities are building a Culture of Health. Joining her were representatives from three RWJF Culture of Health Prize communities: Cambridge, Massachusetts; Spokane County, Washington; and Williamson, West Virginia.
