Support initiatives that combine multiple components such as education, skills building, and contraceptive promotion to reduce pregnancy among youth

Improve work environments for nurses via establishment of strong nursing leadership, organizational support, etc.

Establish roads that avoid built-up areas such as towns, cities, or commercial/business districts

Provide birthing people with information about the risks and benefits of behaviors that affect their health before, during, and after pregnancy

Increase the minimum and/or maximum age boundaries for youth to be processed in the juvenile justice system

Allow adults to possess a limited amount of marijuana for personal, non-medical use; often called recreational marijuana laws (RMLs)

Establish clinics in retail stores that provide basic services for minor illnesses (e.g., sore throats or skin conditions) and procedures (e.g., immunizations, pregnancy testing, routine lab tests); also known as retail pharmacy, walk-in, or convenient care clinics

Establish transportation services for areas with low population densities using publicly funded buses and vans on a set schedule, dial-a-ride transit, volunteer ridesharing, etc.

Promote abstinence from sexual activity, generally only with mention of condoms and birth control to highlight failure rates

Provide youth with teen dating violence education that addresses healthy relationships, gender norms, relationship coercion, and violence in a school setting
