Texas Annual Reports - Disease Data Texas Health and Human Services provides annual reports of infectious disease data.


Texas Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System The Behavioral Risk Factor Survey is an annual survey of Texas's adult population about behaviors which affect health.


Texas Cancer Registry The Texas Cancer Registry is a statewide population-based registry that serves as the foundation for measuring the Texas cancer burden, comprehensive cancer control efforts, health disparities, progress in prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship, as well as supports a wide variety of cancer-related research.

Texas Department of Public Safety The Texas Crime Reports compile law enforcement incident records and other non-intelligence criminal justice information into a central state repository for sharing across jurisdictional lines. 


Texas Department of Transportation Summary reports of various data collected from reportable motor vehicle traffic crashes are published annually. The previous year's data is published by June of the following year. Data can be viewed through a web-based query system or through PDF reports.


Texas Education Agency The Texas Education Agency provides education data on student performance, spending, enrollment, graduation, and more for the school districts of Texas.



Texas Health Care Information Collection Center for Health Statistics The Texas Health Care Information Collection collects data on health care activity in hospitals and health maintenance organizations operating in Texas. Data available includes hospital discharge data and consumer reports and statistical briefs regarding hospital quality, preventable hospitalizations, and more.  
Texas Health Data Texas Health Data allows the user to customize statistical reports by querying vital records and other health related databases.


Texas Health Facts Profiles Health Facts Profiles are Texas county and regional profiles that include data on population, socioeconomic indicators, Medicaid, communicable diseases, births, and deaths with comparisons to statewide averages.


Texas Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance System The Texas Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance System is a federally funded classroom-based paper survey conducted to monitor priority health-risk behaviors that contribute substantially to the leading causes of death, disability, and social problems among youth in the United States.
