Pennsylvania Department of Health - Epidemiologic Query and Mapping System

This site allows users to create tables, maps, charts, and county assessment profiles with data covering: Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System, birth and death records, state cancer registry, communicable disease records, emergency medical services, Environmental Public Health Tracking Network, infant mortality, sexually transmitted infections, and teen pregnancies.

Pennsylvania Department of Health - Statistics and Research

The Health Statistics and Research Branch provides access to county-level data summaries such as: annual county health profiles, cancer incidence and mortality, progress achieving Healthy People 2020 objectives, behavioral risk and injury statistics, health facilities, communicable diseases, and school health.

Pennsylvania Environmental Public Health Tracking

Pennsylvania is part of the National Tracking Network, created in partnership with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to make data on environmental hazards, exposures, and health effects easier to find and use.

Pennsylvania Uniform Crime Reporting System
