Florida Behavioral Risk Factor Survey

The Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System survey was conducted among adults in Florida in 2002, 2007, and 2010. The purpose of this survey is to obtain county-level estimates of the prevalence of personal health behaviors that contribute to morbidity and mortality.                

Florida Department of Education School - Data and Statistics

Mortality data on a variety of chronic diseases is included by state and county.

Florida Injury Surveillance Data System

The Florida Injury Surveillance Data System is used to determine the risk factors and monitor the frequency of fatal and non-fatal injuries.

Florida Prescription Drug Monitoring Program

The Florida Prescription Drug Monitoring Program was created to encourage safer prescribing of controlled substances and to reduce drug abuse and diversion within the state of Florida.

Florida Statewide Medicaid Monthly Enrollment Report

The Agency publishes 14 Medicaid enrollment reports on a monthly basis. These monthly reports reflect enrollment as of the Friday before the first Saturday of the reporting month.

The Florida Youth Substance Abuse Survey is based on the "Communities That Care" survey, assessing risk and protective factors for substance abuse, in addition to substance abuse prevalence.
