- South Carolina Community Assessment Network
- South Carolina provides access to several sources of county-level data through online queries, including births, cancer incidence and mortality, childhood lead surveillance, community summary profiles, deaths, fetal deaths, infant mortality, mother’s health and lifestyle, population, pregnancy, and pregnancy risk assessment monitoring system data. There is also a linked infant birth/death cohort file that users can access after registering to use the data.

- The Department of Health and Environmental Control publishes county-level fact sheets with information about asthma, chronic diseases, diabetes, and leading causes of death.
