- The Illinois Project for Local Assessment Needs (IPLAN) data system allows users to customize county-level reports for racial and ethnic groups summarizing demographic and socioeconomic characteristics, general health and access to care, maternal and child health, chronic disease morbidity and mortality, infectious disease morbidity, environmental health indicators, occupational health, and injury-related morbidity and mortality. The IPLAN system also provides county summary reports highlighting select indicators available from the full county reports.
- The Department of Health Statistics provides access to county-level vital statistics, population information, hospital discharge data, cancer registry data, behavioral risk factor data, sexually transmitted infection cases and rates, childhood lead poisoning surveillance, mortality data, motor vehicle crash characteristics, and trauma incidents.
