Provide women with information about the risks and benefits of behaviors that affect their health before, during, and after pregnancy

Ensure appropriate access to 17P, a synthetic version of the hormone progesterone, by identifying high-risk women, reducing barriers to treatment receipt and completion, coordinating care, etc.

Establish a non-share capital cooperative model in which fee-paying members can share the communal resources of a grocery, house, or utility cooperative

Use the purchasing power of employers and groups of insured individuals to create incentives and disincentives for health care providers to deliver high quality, high value care

Make pricing for hospital procedures and other health care services publicly available, often via websites, online databases, report cards, or similar tools

Create financial incentives or remove financial disincentives to affect consumer choices and incentivize provision of cost efficient health care services

Allow law enforcement officials to stop drivers solely for failing to use a seat belt

Add publicity and other strategies (e.g., supplemental patrols, increased officers, etc.) to efforts to enforce existing seat belt laws

Educate parents and caregivers about proper use of car seats and reward parents and/or children for correct use
