County Health Rankings & Roadmaps at "Health Datapalooza" 2012

Bridget Booske Catlin, County Health Rankings & Roadmaps director, and Patrick Remington, County Health Rankings co-director, demonstrated the Rankings' interactive website Tuesday morning during a panel showcasing community health data apps at the sold-out 2012 Health Data Initiative Forum. “Health Datapalooza,” as the event is commonly known, was launched in 2010 by the Department of Health and Human Services and the Institute of Medicine to encourage innovators to utilize health data to develop applications and spark community action to improve health.

The County Health Rankings & Roadmaps team was in good company during the demonstration session. Presenters included representatives from the Healthy Communities Network, the HealthLandscape Community Indicators Data Portal, the Community Health Dashboard, and Health Insights in Real-Time.
