Following the March 19th release of the 2019 Rankings, this webinar guided participants in exploring the data and moving toward action with our resources and new website features!
County Health Rankings & Roadmaps provides data, evidence, guidance and stories to support communities working to improve health outcomes and to close the health gaps between those with the most and least opportunities for good health. We guide individuals and collaborations on ways to bring people together to look at the many factors that influence health, select strategies that can improve health for all, and make changes that will have a lasting impact.
During this webinar, participants learned how to use:
