Are you excited for this week’s 2013 County Health Rankings release? So are we! Join us for a teleconference and Twitter Q&A on Wednesday, March 20 to celebrate our fourth annual County Health Rankings.

Among the topics to be discussed: How counties measure up within each state in terms of how healthy people are and how long they live How we can make it easier for people to be healthy in their own communities by addressing factors beyond just access to medical care New efforts to build connections with local communities, national partners, and leaders across all sectors to improve health through the County Health Roadmaps and RWJF Roadmaps to Health Prize
