Inaugural RWJF Roadmaps to Health Prize Winners Revealed This Week
We’re excited to announce the inaugural RWJF Roadmaps to Health Prize winners next week at an event at Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) in Princeton, New Jersey!
The prize, which is part of the County Health Roadmaps project, will honor six outstanding communities that are helping people live healthier lives. Selected from more than 160 applicants from across the country following a rigorous review by a panel of judges, the winners have success stories as unique as their communities, and exemplify strong leadership, partnerships, and innovative strategies.
The prize-winning communities will be announced on February 21 on the County Health Rankings website and RWJF.org.
